Q. Are you Bonded and Insured?

A. Yes, we are fully bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.


Q. How will you access my home?

A. There are several ways we can access your home:
-You can issue us a key.
-You can give us the code to the garage.
-You can hide a key under the doormat on the day of your service.
-You can meet us at your home the day of your service and let us in.

Q. If I choose to issue you a key, how do you keep my key safe?

A. All keys are numbered, never labled, and kept securely locked in our office
until the day of your scheduled service. If we ever were to lose your key, we
would have your locks re-keyed at our expense.

Q. Do I need to provide any supplies?

A. We will supply all cleaning equipment and supplies. We use only natural, non toxic products.
If you would like us to use your special cleaning supplies just leave them out for us.

Q. How do you determine your rates?

A. some cleaning companies charge by the hour for their services. This is a disadvantage to you,
because you never know how much you will be charged, and sometimes the cleaners may have to 
leave before the job is completed.

Q. How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

A. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless you are a contracted business.
we accept cash, check, money order payments. We do not accept post dated checks.
Please leave payment in a sealed envelope on the kitchen counter for all residential services.
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
